Exciting Gigs in Goat Street

Written by

McCarthy’s of Dingle will play host to some great gigs in the coming weeks.

On Friday March 6th  Ed Romanoff and Clive Barnes  will play solo and accompany each other in what promises to be an unforgettable evening of music with two of the scenes finest roots and blues practitioners. The duo will be joined on stage by virtuoso Texan cellist Seth Parker Woods.
The following Friday (13th) electro - rock trio Toy Soldier make a return to the Goat Street venue to showcase their dance-floor grooves and hard rocking riffs.
The legendary Scullion will play a pair of eagerly awaited gigs on the 18th and 19th March. More than three decades on from their formative gigs together the band’s signature sound is as strong as ever with the harmonious voices of Sonny Condell and Philip King pinioned by the bravura guitar playing of Robbie Overson. Over the years Scullion have remained loyal to the band’s original vision and it’s recasting of folk and traditional songs with contemporary splashes of jazz and blues color.
